Josi and Juian anxiously waited for their moment in the sun here at Searles Castle. And even though the sun didn’t make an appearance, that didn’t stop them from having their best day.
After spending a calming and serene morning with her bridesmaids at the Bridal House, Josi made her way, just in time to avoid the rain, to the castle, beaming with happiness. Only moments into the ceremony, the first few drops of rain fell. Josi and Julian kept their smiles on and made their way under cover. With the help of a quick and efficient staff, we were able to move the ceremony to inside the castle, giving Josi and Julian the wedding of their dreams. The deliriously happy couple were still able to get some great photos outside the wedding venue during the few breaks in the rain.
Both Josi and Julian thought the planning, communication and food were exception, worthy of a 5-star review. They have stated that our team is amazing to work with and adjusted everything to meet their needs. In Julian’s own words, he thought the staff “did a tremendous job and when they said that they’d guide us through everything they did just that – right up to walking up the aisle. From the organization team, to the chefs, bar staff and waiting on staff – amazing all round!”
Despite the few downpours, the guests kept the dance floor packed and had radiant smiles all around. All of us here at Searles Castle truly wish them a lifetime of wonderful memories and happiness. As they say – a wet knot is harder to untie!
